The Jefferson Task Force was created to facilitate communication on proposed development in Jefferson County.

The Jefferson Task Force supports the improvement of existing highways for the safety, benefit and convenience of all Jefferson County residents. We are opposed to spending tax payer dollars for new cross country highways through Jefferson County, such as the possible Highway 24 link through Sarcoxie township.

The goal of this website is to present the issues at hand in a timely manner. We hope it will help you make your opinions known to the people who will ultimately decide the course of road building and other development in your county.

Leavenworth Task Force Forming

Concerned Leavenworth County residents are forming an associated task force that will work with us and help voice their concerns regarding the proposed new road.
